What we collect

• Account: email address, name (optional), password (stored only as a secure hash) or Sign in with Apple identifier, preferences.
• Orders and payments: plans bought, prices, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we only keep the card brand and last four digits.
• eSIM details: identifiers such as ICCID/EID, installation status and data usage, needed to deliver and support your eSIM. Activation codes are stored encrypted.
• Device and security: app version, device model, IP address, sign-in history and push notification tokens.
• Support: messages and attachments you send us.
• Referrals: if you use a partner’s code or link, we record that the partner referred you. Partners never see your identity.

Why we use it (and our lawful basis)

• To provide your eSIMs, take payment and support you (contract).
• To keep accounts secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
• To send service messages such as low-data and expiry alerts (contract), and marketing only if you opt in (consent, withdraw any time).
• To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Our service providers, only as needed: our eSIM/network supplier, payment processor, email and push-notification providers, and hosting. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account we erase or anonymise personal data, except records we must keep by law (for example, transaction records for [6] years). [Confirm retention periods.]

Your rights
